Please note the City of Brampton does not process credit card payments by phone. Patrons are advised to purchase tickets online, or in person. Brampton on Stage is committed to offering an accessible and barrier-free experience. Box Office representatives can assist with online purchases by phone, support a phone transaction through a PCI-compliant process, or inform patrons of additional payment options. Patrons are encouraged to securely store their credit card information in their online account for future transactions.

TICKET NOTICE
Please note that The Corporation of the City of Brampton is the only official source for tickets at Brampton’s performing arts venues. Tickets may be purchased directly from the Box Office in person, or online at BramptonOnStage.ca. It is difficult to determine if a reseller is complying with the Ticket Sales Act, 2017. Patrons purchasing tickets through a reseller should exercise due diligence. If you purchase through other sources, we are not able to guarantee your seats and you may pay far more than the face value. Read our full notice here.

REFUND/EXCHANGE
Ticket exchange or refund is available for all Brampton On Stage programming for a $5/ticket + HST fee. This fee does not apply if you donate the value of your tickets. Lost or stolen tickets can be reprinted for a $1.50/ticket + HST fee.

If you are arranging TransHelp, WheelTrans, or any other transportation after the show, we advise adding 15 minutes to the listed run time.
