VENUE FEATURES
Accessible & Barrier-Free Seating
All venues are accessible to patrons using mobility devices with accessible and barrier-free seating; please advise the Box Office when purchasing tickets.
Accessible Washrooms & Baby Changing Stations
At The Rose, accessible washrooms are located on both the left and right sides of the theatre on both floors. A baby changing station is available in the downstairs right accessible washroom.
For LBP patrons, accessible washrooms are available in the Civic Centre, including a baby changing station in the main level washroom.
Please note: There are no accessible washrooms at Cyril Clark Theatre. Accessible washrooms may be available inside the library.
Assistive Listening Devices
Devices may be obtained from the Box Office, free of charge at The Rose, LBP, and Cyril Clark.
Elevators at All Venues
At The Rose, elevators connect the parking garage, lobby, and balcony. Both main exterior entrances have ramped access.
At LBP, located in the Civic Centre, elevators connect the lower level to the theatre. Side entrances are step-free, and the main entrance from Team Canada Drive has ramp access.
At Cyril Clark, the theatre is one floor below ground. An elevator from the main entrance provides access to the lower-level theatre.

Brampton On Stage venues participate in the
Access2 Program
. Cardholders who purchase a ticket to an event at one of our venues, and who require the assistance of a support person can receive a ticket for that support person for free.
Early Admission
Early admission is available for patrons who require additional time to get to their seats. Speak to the Front of House staff upon arrival at the theatre.
Service Animals
Patrons are welcome to attend with service animals; please advise the Box Office when purchasing tickets.
Support at Transportation Drop-Off and Pick-Up Points
Assistance is available for patrons who require support to move from their transportation into the venue.
