Whether you prefer to plan your season in advance or purchase tickets throughout the year, ENCORE MEMBERSHIP helps you experience more at The Rose:

• Early access to tickets before public on-sale  
• 2 points for every eligible The Rose Presents Mainstage ticket purchased

No Membership card required:  

Whether you purchase at Box Office or online, points automatically update in your online account and are valid for 2 years from the purchase date. Please allow two (2) business days for new point accumulation to appear in your account.

*Complimentary tickets to The Rose Presents performances are subject to availability and are not applicable for Guest Presentations. Encore Membership points cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases, on Rush tickets or Group Sales.  

A standard $3 per ticket fee will be applied to all tickets purchased, regardless of membership status, with the exception of complimentary tickets using redeemed points.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

Is it per ticket or per transaction? 

2 points per TICKET. If you buy 5 tickets for your family, you get 10 points = halfway to a complimentary ticket already! 

 

Do I have to buy all tickets all at once? 

No. Whenever you login to your online account at TheRoseBrampton.ca to purchase tickets, points will accumulate, whether you bundle all in one purchase, or spread them out over the full season. Note that Encore Membership points cannot be applied retroactively so make sure to register/login before you purchase tickets. 


How do I see my points? 
Login to your online account at therosebrampton.ca, and look under MY ACCOUNT (top banner, left side).  

  • Click on MEMBERSHIP to see details of your active membership including total points accumulated and expiry dates. 

  • Click on BENEFITS to see how many complimentary tickets you have earned. 


How do I redeem points for a complimentary ticket? 
Login to your online account at therosebrampton.ca. As you select tickets for your next The Rose Presents performance, you will see a FREE MEMBER TICKET option in the list. Select it and enjoy! Complimentary tickets look and scan the same way as all the other tickets you’ve purchased, but we think they feel different, knowing it was free! 


Is renewal automatic? 
No. While we hope you become a long-time Encore Member, we do not force automatic renewals. All Encore Memberships last one year and must be manually renewed to continue accumulating points. 


How do I get more perks? 
You need more perks than early access to on-sales and complimentary tickets?! We get it. Our Rose Donors enjoy additional exclusive perks as thanks for their vital support of our programs. Learn more HERE.
